A Little About Me
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. I love fishing with my boys, gardening and tending plants with my wife, Tiffany, while enjoying the simple satisfaction of growing things together. I’m a former six sport athlete, and I carry that love of movement into my life today through hiking with my family and golfing with friends while staying active whenever I can.
I enjoy healthy eating, though I believe in balance, not perfection. I’m a devoted dog owner to Henry and Cabbie, who keep life fun and lively at home. My activities keep me grounded, energized, and inspired — and they reinforce the lifestyle and values I bring to my practice every day.
A large part of who I am and the approach I bring to my practice comes from my faith. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, and the principles of faith, compassion, and service guide how I care for my patients and live my life each day.

We provide a healing sanctuary where people can achieve a higher level of health and realize their full potential.
Our office is a comfortable, welcoming place where patients feel safe, supported, and understood. We do not believe in cumbersome or unnecessary expense plans that place extra burdens on those seeking care.
Here, your questions are answered, your pain is addressed, and you are empowered with practical knowledge, personalized guidance, and a clear path toward wellness.
Most importantly, we are a home away from home for our patients and a place where your questions are answered, your pain is relieved, and where you are taught true health principles and are given ...HOPE .
I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2006 and have spent nearly two decades refining a neurologically focused approach to chiropractic care. At its core, chiropractic addresses how the nerves control and coordinate every function in your body. My work centers on identifying and correcting neurological disturbances that interfere with your body’s ability to function properly. With precise adjusting techniques, I help your nerves function as they should, so your body can better manage movement, pain, healing, and overall function. This approach goes beyond symptom relief and is designed to support long-term structural and neurological stability.
By focusing on neurological function, chiropractic serves as a foundational tool within Applied Kinesiology, which offers a more comprehensive evaluation of the nervous system, musculoskeletal balance, and overall body function. Applied Kinesiology combined with Functional Medicine creates an unbeatable combination for uncovering root causes and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
Through a detailed physical exam and laboratory analysis—including blood, hair, saliva, or other testing—I evaluate which nutrients your body may be deficient in and how these imbalances might be affecting your overall health. This data provides a roadmap for dietary, supplement, or lifestyle changes tailored to your needs.
What sets my practice apart is the integration of Applied Kinesiology (AK). Lab results are a tool, but AK allows me to go deeper, helping determine the best form, type, and approach for each nutrient or intervention. For example, if your bloodwork shows a B12 deficiency, you do not just simply purchase “any B12 off a store shelf”. Rather, AK can help guide whether a methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, or hydroxocobalamin form of B12 is most likely to be effective for your unique body. This approach ensures that your Functional Medicine plan is not generic or standardized, but precisely tailored to your physiology, improving outcomes and supporting lasting health.
Applied Kinesiology (AK) is often misunderstood as simply testing muscle strength in response to supplements—but true AK is far more involved. AK examines the function of muscles, nerves, and organs, and how they interact in the body. It allows me to uncover hidden nutritional, physiological, and nerve dysfunctions to determine the most efficient way to correct them. AK integrates many of the services we offer—including chiropractic, functional medicine, clinical nutrition, and lifestyle interventions—creating a comprehensive, personalized approach to restoring balance and optimal function.
